Project management
I run the project end to end: scope, plan, dependencies, risks and the reporting that keeps management out of surprises. Certified IPMA Level D, and practised on rollouts where the date was not negotiable.

Currently available for new challenges
I write the specification, then I stay until the system is live and people actually use it. Most of my work sits between an operations team that knows the problem and a development team that has to build the answer.

01 / What I do
The common thread is translation. Business people describe a problem in their own words, engineers need it in theirs, and someone has to own the gap between the two.
I run the project end to end: scope, plan, dependencies, risks and the reporting that keeps management out of surprises. Certified IPMA Level D, and practised on rollouts where the date was not negotiable.
I own a backlog and defend it. Requirements, roadmap, prioritisation and the decisions nobody else wants to make. Certified Professional Scrum Master II, and I have done this for a product with paying customers, not just on paper.
Before anyone writes code, I map how the work is done today. That means sitting with the people doing it, finding the steps that exist only out of habit, and writing a specification precise enough to test against.
Go-live is the part that goes wrong. I plan the migration, write the test cases, train the staff and produce the documentation, so the switch happens without the business stopping.
I build and maintain AI frameworks that speed up product development, including MCP servers that let AI tools work with legacy software instead of around it.
02 / Selected work
The first was a system swap where an outage counts as a safety incident. The second was a product built from nothing for a franchise operator. The third was building the company that delivered it.
01
Curena AG, emergency call service of the Swiss Red Cross
Situation
Curena runs an emergency call centre around the clock. The dispatch software had to be replaced, and uninterrupted operation had to be guaranteed the entire time. There was no maintenance window to hide in.
What I did
I led the process analysis and the requirements definition so the new system matched how the operation actually runs, and took on core product ownership tasks including prioritisation. I defined change requests and test cases, then planned and executed the migration of the emergency call devices and the customer data. I wrote the documentation and trained the staff, and reported to management throughout.
Outcome
The changeover was completed without any operational interruption and without any effect on emergency readiness. I still support the running system and am handing my system knowledge over to the newly appointed application manager.
02
Fast Food Albania (KFC Albania)
Situation
Issue reporting and maintenance across the restaurants ran on a mix of paper records and WhatsApp threads. Nobody could trace what had been reported, what had been fixed, or what it cost.
What I did
Instead of proposing software straight away, I spent time on site with restaurant managers and the operations team to map the real workflow and find the redundant steps. I ran structured workshops to collect requirements, wrote the specification, and coordinated the development team in Tirana through to rollout. The stakeholder list ran from restaurant managers to finance, audit, external maintenance vendors and franchise standards.
Outcome
LEIS, a multichannel ticketing and issue-reporting platform, is in use across KFC restaurant operations in Albania. Over the first year the client measured roughly 25 percent lower maintenance-related costs and more than 40 percent better accuracy in internal compliance reporting.
03
Alpine Edge SHPK
Situation
Starting a software company means the product, the client projects and the way the team works all have to be invented at the same time, with no existing process to fall back on.
What I did
I co-founded and now help lead an eight-person software company with its own SaaS product alongside client work. I own LEIS end to end as Product Owner in a Scrum setup, from requirements and roadmap through to delivery and customer rollout, and I steer client projects covering software implementation, integrations and DevOps.
Outcome
Alongside delivery I build and maintain AI frameworks that raise product velocity and shorten proof-of-concept work, including MCP servers that make legacy software reachable by AI tooling.

Mr Dia-Eddine is convincing through a structured, careful and independent way of working. Particularly worth highlighting is his pronounced ability to connect business requirements with technical implementation and to keep an overview even in complex situations.

After full rollout, we measured approximately 25 percent lower maintenance-related costs and improved internal compliance-reporting accuracy by more than 40 percent over the first year, outcomes we attribute in significant part to the way the underlying processes were redesigned during requirements analysis.
We value the collaboration with Mr Dia-Eddine exceptionally highly and recommend him without any reservation.

Three native languages and two more at professional level. On the KFC engagement the Albanian mattered as much as the specification did.
